1. POVERTY ALLEVIATION AND FOOD SECURITY

FOOD DISTRIBUTION

Our flagship poverty alleviation and food security programme supports underprivileged individuals and families with monthly food parcels ensuring that people don’t go to bed on an empty stomach. Our beneficiaries include child-headed families, elderly people, widows, unemployed people, retrenched staff and families with no household income. We have distributed 1 993 647 food parcels since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

FRESH BREAD DISTRIBUTION

We distributed 600 loaves of fresh bread weekly to child-headed families, elderly, widows, unemployed people, retrenched staff and families with no household income. We have distributed over 30 000 loaves of bread since August 2021.

MOBILE SOUP KITCHEN

Our mobile soup kitchen serves warm and nutritious soup and freshly baked bread to local communities including job seekers and the homeless on weekly basis.

2. HOUSING

Our Housing Programme is designed to provide housing solutions by building decent, adequate and safe houses for homeless and underprivileged families across South Africa. Our main objective is to restore dignity, create safe environment and improve quality of life for the beneficiaries.

Through our partnerships with our sponsors, we managed to build  12 houses across two provinces, Gauteng and Limpopo, between October 2020 and September 2022.09.07

  • 3 houses in Orange Farm, Gauteng
  • 4 houses in Tembisa, Gauteng
  • 4 houses in Polokwane, Limpopo
  • 1 house in Makgaung, Limpopo

3. HUMANITARIAN AID

The main objective of our Humanitarian Aid Programme is to provide humanitarian aid (food, water and blankets) and emergency health care services where needed. Our programme is designed to provide support during and in the immediate aftermath of the disasters.

Our partnerships with key stakeholders enables us to respond adequately to the plight of communities affected by disasters. We have been involved in many relief efforts across South Africa and the SADC region.

4. SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING PROJECTS

The main objective of the programme is to empower individuals particularly the youth, through tailor-made skills development courses to ensure better employment opportunities and creation of business enterprises.

Our strategic collaborative efforts involving key stakeholders, and the implementation of scalable training solutions equip beneficiaries with relevant skills needed in the marketplace.
